What Does Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding Indicate?

Hi I m 30 yrs old. I ve had 3 children I ve had 3 c-sections and had a tubes tide in December 2010. But recently in October 2017 I ve been having menstrual cycle that last me 3 weeks long. And then I m off a cycle at the most a week and I m back on for another 3 weeks since then. Why is this happening??

I think you should do a complete gynecological examination including ultrasound and colposcopy.
You should not wait anymore because this bleeding is not normal and should be investigated.
Maybe you have a fybromyoma.
