What Does Prominent Broncho Vascular Marking And Lymphadenopathy Of Chest X-ray Suggest?
Dear Doctor, I just got my "xray chest pa view" report which states: 1) Prominent Broncho Vascular Markings 2) Bilateral hilar radopacity/lymphadenopathy.
Could you please help me in understanding what does this mean and what would be the treatment for this. Thanks. Juliet Jons
Prominent bronco-vascular markings is a general description that may be related to a number of findings and conditions. Asthmatics may have prominent bronchial markings for example. The findings of bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy raises the possibility of infections such as TB and a blood count with differential, to ensure that there are no abnormal cells may be indicated.
