findings of x-ray chest pa- Pleural spaces are clear ,cardiac size is normal , the domes of diaphragm are normal in position & show smooth outline, the bony parts are normal--- Impression > Prominent brochovascular markings seen bilaterally suggestive of bronchitis--- please advice
Your report suggests increased bronchovascular markings in both lung fields. It may be due to infection,inflammation etc. It is important to rule out infective etiology.You may require antibiotics and antihistaminics. You also need further tests like routine hemogram. Avoid smoking if you are smoker.
Inhalational bronchodilators and steroids can be given after evaluation.
Other findings like CP angles,cardiac size,bony thorax etc are normal.
