General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Protein in the urine could be due to uncontrolled diabetes (that damage the glomerulus basement membrane), auto immune involvement of the kidney, UTI, any systemic disease, strenuous exercise.
I would suggest to consult the urologist for the better management.
Take proper treatment of the diabetes and maintain the glucose and HbA1c with in the normal range.
Losartan can be useful to decrease the protein in urine.
Drink plenty of water and juice of pineapple, orange and pineapple
Hope this may help you
