Hello and welcome to HCM, The analysis of your urine report is as follows: Presence of 0-1 red blood cell, 0-1 pus cells, few epithelial cells, mucus threads and bacteria suggests infection of the urinary tract. You need to consult your doctor with the report for prescription of a course of antibiotic. Infection is mild thus a single course of antibiotic will suffice. Presence of urates and phosphatases are not of much consequence. Presence of calcium oxalate and uric acid suggests presence of calculi or stones composed of calcium oxalate and uric acid. You can get an ultrasound of the urinary tract to look for the presence of any stone in the urinary tract. Calcium oxalate stones are usually radio-opaque.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
