What Does "borderline Right Atrial Abnormality" In An ECG Suggest?

What is borderline right atrial abnormality, I am 25 yrs old female. I have cold problem from last 9-10 months and dr said it is bronchitis. Today I went for general check up and I saw "Borderline Right Atrial Abnormality" in my ECG, Can you please what exactly it is ?

The atrial branches of right coronary artery derive from the right coronary artery and provide part of the blood supply to the right atrium and left atrium....
in this,when the right atrium is effected,its usually called a borderline right atrial abnormality..
