Hello and welcome to HCM, Nerve injuries are common in accidents. Brachial plexus is a network of nerves which supply the upper limb and the trunk. Injury to the brachial plexus will lead to some abnormalities in the sensations in the upper limb and trunk. Acute denervation injury means that the nerve supply to the particular area is discontinued. This injury is reversible. However, it will take some time to recover completely.
