There is moderate narrowing of the right lateral recess and proximal neural foramen.there is also mild mass effect on the right anterior cord.Mild left bony foraminal stenosis noted.soft disc protrusion right c4-5 level. moderate narrowing of the right lateral recess and proximal neural foramen.focal right spinal canal stenosis.chronic endplate spurring atc6-7 with slght to mild bilateral foraminal stenosis.what does all this mean?
