What Does "disc Protrusion At L4-L5 Level Of Spine" On MRI Suggest?

MR finding reveals disc dessication with broad based postero-central disc protrusion at L4-L5 level leading to moderate secondary lumbar canal stenosis and sever compromise of bilateral lateral recesses with exit nerve root compression. May I know its criticality & its treatments pls.
