Could you please let me know what all is it ?
According to the reports, fibro nodular opacities in the right parahilar region and left apical region may be due to many reasons like sequel of past T.B,autoimmune disease etc. You need proper clinical correlation. Prominent right hilum and unfolding of aorta are age related findings and doesn't require any treatment. There are no signs of pleural effusion. Hope i have answered your query.
