What Does "foci In Deep White Matter Of Frontal Lobe" On MRI Brain Suggest?

From my MRI Brain (stroke screen).Impression of the Dr.:There are multiple subcentimetre irregular foci of abnormal T2W prolongation scattered in the periventricular subcortical and deep white matter of the frontal and parietal lobes bilaterally. These are non-specific in appearance, questionably due to chronic microvascular ischemic changes, demyelination or gliosis .

Dear Dr.Please explain me in a simple,easy to understand.What is going on in my brain?I am 75 years,male,blood pressure 130/80-140/82-150/83.height 172 cm,weight 75 kg.no other health hazards.Thank you.
Your sincerely .
