What Does "lumbosacral Mild Disc Spaces" Indicate?

My x-ray show Lumbosacral mild disc spaces and mild to moderate degenerative end-plate spurring at L3-4 and mild spurring noted at L4-5. Sclerotic changes with partial fusion of the superior of the right sacroiliac joints. Lesser degree of sclerotic changes of the upper left sacroiliac joint. It making it very hard to work sure I continue to work are get treatment.

These changes are referring to degenerative changes seen in your spine. It occurs due to aging. There is some decrease in your disc spaces and osteophytic changes. Also some sclerosis of sacroiliac joints is seen.
You need to do exercises and get physiotherapy sessions which will help you in getting better.
If the problems are not subsiding, please get an MRI done, which will reveal the progression of the disease and compression of nerves if any.
