Anyway, whatever mentioned is first degree av block and this may occur due to medicines if you are on some medicines. Also, may be age related and needs to be monitored. Also, mentioned ischemic changes in inferior territory, which may usually be present even on Normal individuals however need to see ECG for this. But, considering this you may need further investigations like echo or TMT.
