What Does "no Adenexal Mass Is Seen" Mean?

my doctor told me your baby gestional sac a show fetal pole within fetal pole shows no cardiac activity crl measures 6mm corresponding to 6wks 2 days of gestation than oother one gestional sac b shows no fetal pole within gestational sac measures 8mm corresponding to 5wks 3 days &internal os is closed no adenexal mass is seen what to do i dont understand
