What Does Radiologic Findings Mean?
What does it mean by this. RADIOLOGIC FINDINGS
Patch of haziness is seen in the right upper lung. Suspicious infiltrates are also noted in the left upper lung. The heart is not enlarged. Diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. The rest of the included structures are unremarkable.
Impression:
Right upper lung pneumonia. Koch’s foremost consideration. Suspicious left upper lung infiltrates, suggest apicolordotic ivew.

There is suspicious infiltrates in the left upper lung.It may be due to pneumonia,tuberculosis,so you are advised for apicolordotic view for proper assessment.
Apical region of lungs are covered by many bony structures like rib,clavicle and it is some times difficult to assess apical region in normal PA view.Apicolordotic view is special view of chest X-ray to assess apical region.
Other findings are normal.Heart is normal.Diaphragm and both CP angles are clear.
Proper treatment depends upon findings.
