What Does Rapid Heartbeat During Exercise Indicate?

Hi, my name is Sean, and lately I ve been experiencing a very rapid heart beat during hockey and other exercise, and when it happens it feels like it is hitting my rib cage. It takes a little while to calm it down but it makes me very worried when it happens. It s so fast and I have to breath a lot to calm it down can you tell me what this may mean or what I can do about it, and should I conyact a doctor?

Halo SEAN you are having pericardia.it can be physiological, conduction or valvular problem. take one ECG, and get your self checked by cardiologist. nothing to worry, it can be cured. with right diagnosis you can be completely alright, after corecttreatment.
