What Does Right Atrial Enlargement Mean On An ECG?

What does right atrial enlargement mean on an ECG? Vent. rate 103.pr INTERVAL 128MS

qrs dURATION 80MS. qt/qts 316/413 MS. p-r-t AXES 73 70 50. I apparently has spasms of my esophagus and not a heart attack. Should I be concerned about my heart as I have been having high blood pressure lately and just had blood work, Urinalysis, & a ECG done 3 days ago, but don't have the results yet?

Hi
I read your query and would like to say that the right atrium enlargement may be suspected on ECG data.

To confirm the diagnosis is necessary an Echocardiogram.

Meanwhile i suggest to take the medications and to wait for the results.

Hope i answered to your query.
