What Does Rust Colored Stains On The Fingertips Of A Child Indicate?
My 10 year old daughter woke up this morning with rust colored stains on her right hand. Its on her fingertips and around the nails. From searching online we see there are a lot of people who have had this yet no one knows what it is. Can you help?

Staining of palms or fingers could be due to multiple reasons varying from staining from some dye to deposition of body's pigment to any fungal infection. I would advise you to wait for a few days and see if it disappears on its own. If it stays same then please visit a physician and get it investigated.
