Hello. Could you help me to understand my semen analysis results pls.Best wishes.Age 38 . Single Volume 3 mgMotilite %82Concentration 66 million Total Concentration 198 milliongrade A =rapid progressive motility 15%grade B =slow progressive motility 64% grade C =non progressive motility 3%I have varicosele for 7 years but does not make trouble fas pain etc. Do I need a surgery for now or CAn I postpone until later?Thank YouAB

Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that your report are excellent untill now because of 198 million count and 82% motility. You do not require anything right now. But advice you a surgery for future purpose. Varicocele usually do not cause pain. But it will retard sperm development with heat mechanism.
