Sexual Abs 05 days Protein ++++
Motility Morphology Other Findings
Active 60% Normal 70% Pus cells 5--8
Sluggish 20% RBCs 1--2
Dead 20% Abnormal 30% Epith cells 0--1
Total Sperm Count Total Sperm Count / ML
180 Million 45 Million / ML
Sir Plz check my Report and Get advise me. My report Normal or Not?

Thanks for writing to HCM
Your sperm count is normal but semen analysis report suggests infection .
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells and RBC in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
Other factors like count, motility and morphology are within normal limit.
