What Does Semen Analysis Suggest?
My name is Rio. I have done my semen analysis from Karachi X-Rays & Ultrasound Centre. Please review the result of the semen analysis and guide me about the semen health and how to increase the quantity of semen.Quantity – 1.5 mlColour – Greyish White Viscosity – Thin PH – 8.0 Sperm Count – 135 mill/ml Motility – 65%
Morphology – 55% R.B.C – Nil Pus Cell – 1-2 Epithelial Cell – Occasional

Your semen analysis report suggests infection .
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
Avoid alcohol or smoking if you take these things.
Other factors like sperm count,motility and morphology are within normal limit.
Get well soon.
