Hello, Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic! I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Your cholesterol and triglycerides are bit elevated. The normal range for triglycerides is under 150mg/dl and cholesterol is under 200mg/dl. You don't need to worry too much, but have to be cautious. Your cholesterol can be easily get back to normal rang with timely treatment and life style changes. Rozat is a brand name of the popular drug named "rozuvastatin",which is highly effective for hypercholesterolemia. Since your cholesterol level is highly elevated, you may require long term treatment probably for years. It is a safe drug and side effects are rare, so you can use it for very long term without any fear of adverse effects. I suggest you to try the following preventive measures to fight against cholesterol:- 1.Always have a healthy diet, avoid food rich in saturated fat like butter, cheese. 2.Quit smoking. 3.Exercise regularly.
Wishing you good health. Regards. Dr.Shinas
