What Does Severe Backache On The Right Side Indicate?

I am havinga nasty pain on the right side of mt back below my arm area where my bra back goes around. very painful but only one small pimple or a few are in this area and hurts to the touch. My husband checked my back as I was complaining about the pain..I have had shingles 2x and wonder if I have it again? Both time I only seemed to have pain in the area..

As per your symptoms and your past history it is herpes zoster .now you should be properly treated .you need a good analgesic as tab aceclofenic 100 mg two times
plus tab acyclovir 800 mg five times a day
plus tab pentprazole 40 mg two times and acyvlovir cream to be applied locally .
If there is itching then take tab levocetrizine 5 mg two times .
