What Does Severe Itching In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

3 weeks ago had intense itching sensation deep within my belly area just above the pubic bone and scratched area that covered about 3 inches pushing hard to reach the itching site. Immediately, pain in that area all the way up to the right hipbone in the organ I had pressed. Also affects lower back-- Pain is constant and daily since then and reminds me of when I was younger and had monthly cramps. I m very active and would like to know what s going on. Thanks, for any help you might have for me!
