What Does Severe Pain Below The Ribcage Indicate?

Hi, doctor I have some severe pain below the left side rib case. The pain exists behind also same place opposite side. What could be the cause? Can’t sleep properly cause of pain. I am having presently Ibuprofen pain killer, but still not helping, feeling some bowling effect on the stomach. Can’t have toilet properly last one day, passing urine normally, white color.
