What Does Severe Pain Under The Ribcage On The Left Side Indicate?
I had an abscess in my lower left groin area last week that had to be Lanced ,It was as big as a golf ball! I am currently on Bactrum Antibiotic & hydrocodone for pain the Test results came back Negative for Bacteria , what could this be? i have to soak in the bath Daily & remove the string in the wound & then repack it . The pain medicine does help with this. im Having a terrible pain on my Left side under my rib cage, It almost feels like sharp stabling pain like may be gas that is not going away . any Clue?
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
