Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I would definitely advise you to go to a hospital get yourself checked. Pain in right side of stomach may be due to a number of reasons like gall bladder stone or appendicitis. It can only be diagnosed with the help of an ultrasound. If you have the above mentioned conditions then you may be required to have a surgery. Meanwhile you can take an over the counter painkiller like Tylenol to relieve the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
