I've had a very sharp stabbing pain in my chest on the occasion over the last 72 hours occasionally which stops me in my tracks, in the evenings I've been experening throbbing in my legs and numb feet. I do a desk job but go to the gym 4 times a week,. the pain doesn't occur in throughout the gym session and the numbness occurred last night and I hadn't been to the gym. I'm 24, occasional smoker female
