I have had sharp pain in the back of my right shoulder blade for almost two weeks. Have been x-rayed, ct scanned. Ruled out heart attack, kidney stone, blood clot. Have had extremely high B.P. due to pain but still no diagnosis as to what is causing the pain. Don t think it is a broken rib because I can move arm all around with out pain and it doesn t hurt to breathe or cough (have had broken ribs before). I wake up after about 6 hours of sleep in deep pain and have been putting on a rib binder and take a pain pill.
