What Does Sharp Pain In The Chest On The Left Side Indicate?

My blood lreasurwbis 114/90 I am cold tired deal g with MS AND. SVT/PVT. It was blrmal and then jumped up/down after I had a few sharp pains in the left side of my upper chest. Should I be concerned enough to wake three small children and go to the ER?

Sharp pain in chest on left side should not be neglected in presence of normal BP. I strongly recommend to visit ER and get EKG done for the diagnosis and precise management.
