What Does Sharp Pain In The Forearm Indicate?

I have been experiencing sharp pain in my forearm which shoots down into my hand feels like my bones are breaking in half. I went to therapy for 5 weeks as they thought I had tennis elbow. But i am still in a lot of pain in my arm and hand what should be my next move?

Take aceclofenac and paracetamol combination. Check vitamin B12 level.
