Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i have a strobbing psharp pain at the top of my head. i didnt bum it or hit it recently. this has been happening for a few months. sometimes even whil eim driving it will all of a sudden happen when it happens too my arms give out and fall down on my lap and i cant move them. i try to keep myself focused and all aware what is oging on around me but i not sure what happening.
I think it is a just cluster headache happening due to tension. If you have nausea, aura, dizziness or blurring of vision during the episode of a headache then kindly visit neurologist because these can be symptoms of a migraine or raised intracranial pressure.
So, you need to be examined if it yes, or else take any pain killers for a headache. You can also use aspirin tablets.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
