What Does Sharp Pain In The Left Arm Indicate?

I had a weird sharp numbing pain that shot up my left arm into my neck. It literally took my breath away. It lasted about 3min then i had one shoot up my right arm. Both gave me a weird flash of overwhelming heat then it went away and hasn’t returned

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be cervical spondylosis, go for cervical spine X-ray (ap and lateral view). If the X-ray confirms the disease then take tablet Aceclofenac plus Chlorzoxone two times plus any neurotonic containing methylcobalamin and pregabalin. These are prescription drugs. You can practice neck exercises as promoted by baba Ramdev Patanjali available on google.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
