What Does Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

My husband is complaining of sharp pain that starts in his lower abdomine and has traveled to his penis. He is freezing cold and has shakes. He has since gotten in bed under several blankets and no longer is shaking. If I make him laugh he says it hurts

Hi thank you for querry.
UTI,bladder stone
if patient came to me wuth such symptoms i will suggest first to complete blood count with Ultrasound KUB especially and urine complete examination
urinary tract infection cause flank pain which is reffered towards penis also its severe apin,rigors and chills may be associated with UTI
bladder stone pain mostly occur after vioding and it reffered from hypogastrium towards tip of penis.
after examination and workup i will suggest patient antibiotics eg ciprofloxacin is a drug of choice.
with citrosoda sarchet and pain killer first IM or IV to relieve severe pain than on oral brexin .Take much fluids and citrus liquid and consult your doctor for prompt diagnosis and treatment.
