Good evening. I ve had a sharp pinching pain in my lower right abdominal area that becomes more apparent when I take a deep breath in, bothers me when in wear pants and there s pressure coupled with nausea. I ve had it for two days now and it doesn t feel like gas or a strain. Any thoughts on

Hello,
The pain is more of an inflammation type of pain. Get a sonography abdomen done. We have to rule out appendicitis or any renal stones kind of pain. Take the tablet Taxim 1-0-1 for five days. Take tablet pan 40 1-0-0 before meals for five days. Follow up with reports.
