What Does Sharp Pain In The Skull Along With Dizziness Indicate?

While eating a leisurely meal this evening I m ha a sudden sharp pain in my anterior skull lasting 10-15 seconds followed by dizziness and feelin as though I was going to fall over onmy left side. It has now been an hour but I m still feeling unsteady on my feet, and that I might fall over on my left side. Since I use a walker following recent back surgery, I feel a need to hang on tight or sit down. My surgery was 6 wks. ago- insertion of a spina Cord Stimulator. Is this a TIAs

The possible causes are:

1. Migranous headache with aura
2. Subaracnoid aneurysmal rupture
3. TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack)
4. Neuralgia
5. Temoporal arteritis et cetera

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
