What Does Sharp Pain In Upper Chest Area Indicate?

I am still having pain in my upper chest area. I was on victoza and the result was pancreatitis. The doctor treated that with insulin. I am a type 2 diabetic. My pancreas numbers are in the normal range now. The problem is that I am still having sharp pains, I had an unltra sound and it did not show anything.

Dear sir

From the symptoms it appears that you are having gastritis, usually pains appearing in the upper chest is due to referred pains from other sites..

But detailed evaluation is needed to ruleout acute coronary syndrokes

Thanks
