What Does Sick Heart Mean?

What does sick heart mean I had some test done on my heart & the nurse called & gave me the results for the 3 tests I had done ....nuclear stress test ....Echo /vascular ultrasound ... & calcium score (cat scan). One thing she said was I had a sick heart ....that I don t understand
