What Does Single Live Intrauterine Pregnancy In An Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi my name is shimmi,and i am nearly 37 week pregnant. recently i scanned and the report mentioned that single-live-intrauterine-pregnancy-37-weeks +-2 weeks in cephalic presentation at present what is this meaning and is it helps to make normal delivery

it means there is one live baby in your uterus. if i tell it other words not a twin pregnancy. cephalic presetation means your baby's head is in most lower part of your pelvic cavity. cephalic presentation at 37 weeks means head will come out from vagina first , not the buttocks. so normal vaginal delivery is possible , but it should be decided by your vog considering all the factors.
