What Does Sinus Rhythm In The ECG Report Suggest?

Hello Dr.I took my wife for ECG check up. The result is Abnormal. Rate 81 SINUS RHYTHEM.......normal p axis, V-rate 50-99 Abnormal T, Consider ischemia, inferior leads.... T -0.20mv, II III aVF PR 128QRSD 72QT 348QTc 404P 8QRS 48T -7012 Lead, Standard Placement What is the real problem as Echo test is normal and all her further master checkup results very very normal. Please advise me

Sinus Rhythm is a normal finding in the ECG. There is no abnormality in that. The only abnormality in the ECG was Abnormal T waves which sometimes is seen even in Normal individuals . So there is nothing abnormal in the ECG.

Also as the 2D ECHO report has come normal there is nothing to be of concern . Just relax .
