What Does Sinus Rhythm In The Below ECG Report Suggest?
I had a pre-surgery ECG and the results were as below ABNORMAL ECG -Sinus rhythmnormal P axis, V-rate 50-99 Inferior infarct, old Q 35mS, II III aVF At a different facility in the Dr. notes ECG from that prior two years stated SINUS RHYTHM BORDERLINE LEFT AXIS DEVIATION .What are your thoughts? Is this same ?

welcome to hcm ...no two ecg are not same the latest is showing that you had ischemic episodes in past ..it is sign of coronary artery disease for surgery the test is done to see whether the patient heart is able to take stress of surgery so i suggest you to undergo stress echocardiography to review your suitability for operation i also advise bp and sugar level checking besides chest xray pa view
