What Does Skin Remnants During Menstrual Cycle Indicate?
I am on my period and was changing my pad, and I noticed a large piece of skin remnants on my pad, and turned it over to see that my clitoral hood came off my vulva???!!!! I just threw it away, there is no pain just a tiny bit of discomfort, no scarring or anything...

Using trauma would be needed for this sort of injury to occur. In some cases, large clots may have the appearance of skin tissue.
At this point it may be best to monitor for any other changes however if pain occurs then you can see your doctor for assessment.
Using sitz baths if there is discomfort may be helpful.
