What Does Sore And Red Penis Head With Stinging Sensation While Urinating Suggest?
I am 18, Over the duration of the day my penis head has turned red and is very sore and stings when touched, it is also burning when a urinate. I have never been able to pull my foreskin back. I m wondering if this is a hygiene issue or a should be more concerned?
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Following investigations may be helpful :- 1. Ultrasound of KUB region. 2. X-ray of KUB region. 3. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity). 4. Complete Blood Count (CBC).
Your symptoms might be due to infection in the urinary tract. You should drink lots of water daily. Anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen along with an antacid like Omeprazole will help in decreasing pain. The dose of Norflox. Please note that all these are prescription drugs and you need to consult a doctor for the same. Clinical examination and reports of the above-mentioned investigations will help in planning further medical management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
