Sore throat after sexual contact could be due to viral infection like infectious mononucleosus,in which headache,general feeling of unwell is also present.This is usually self limiting.Start on salt water gargles,painkillers (acetaminophen).To rule out any sexually transmitted diseases please consult your doctor for blood tests..
