What Does Sperm Count In Semen Analysis Suggest?

i had semen analysis yesterday, and got the result. the results are
: abnormal viscosity, with leucocyte of 3.4, volume 2ml, viability 50%, sperm conc. 75.5 mil/ml, total sperm count 151.0 M/ejaculate, motility 36%, Sperm morpology normal forms 6%, head defects 72%, neck defects 13%.
Im worried about this doc. I know Im infertile.Do we have treatment to enhance normal morpology of my sperm?

Hi welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question.
Your semen analysis has abnormal morhpology, motility is 36% if active motile sperms are 30% then its not a matter of worry.
I would adviser to consult a urologist to do ultrasound color doppler of scrotum to rule out varicocele, vascularity of testes.
Testicular structure should be examined properly for this report.
