What Does Sperm Count In Semen Report Suggest?

my semen report is as follows
Volume: 2 ml, color:white, appearance:opaque,viscosity:Normal, Abstinence / Liquefaction: 3 days/ within 20 mins. reaction: Alkaline, Fructose: present.
Sperm count: 39 mill/ml, grade of motility on liquefaction: actively-00%,good-20%,sluggishly-30%, non motile-50%, abnormal forms:45%. epithelial cells 0-1/HPF, leucocytes:absent, erythrocytes;0-1/HPF,precurser cells: absent.
is it normal? if not then which value i need to look at and what measures to take to make it normal? my doctor didn't prescribe in medicine for me?

Hello

Your semen analysis suggests low sperm motility.Normally it should be at least 55 %.You have 50 % sperms with low motility.

Total sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.You have 39 millions/ml,so it is normal.

Other findings like colour,pH,volume,liquefaction time etc are normal.

You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.
If low motility persists then assisted fertilization techniques like IUI can be considered.
