What Does Spinal Stenosis, Herniated Nucleus Pulposus With Degenerative Changes Mean?

I'm trying to read or understand what my MRI means
Modic type II changes in adjoining end plates at L3/4. Osteophyts formation present at this level. Milder Modic type II changes posteriorly at L5/S1. No evidence of significant spinal or foraminal stenosid is present at the L1/2 level and L2/3 level, however there is some hypertronphic facet change, particularly on right. At L3/4 level there is severe facet arthropathy on the right side with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy but no foranimal or spinal steosis is noted. There is protruded nuclues pulposus to the right side at L4/5 level impinging on the thecal sac as well as mild spinal stenosis on the basis of ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. The right sided foramen also appears somewhat narrowed and there may be nerve root compression both on the basis of facet arthropathy and the herniated disc. No evidence of significant spinal or foraminal stenosis at L5/S1, although there is a disc bulge at the level of the disc space and hypertrophic facet change, particularly on the left.
IMPRESSION:
Spinal stenosis and herniated nucleus pulposus at L4/5. Degenerative sic changes elswhere as described above.
