What Does Swelling In Palatoglossal Arch Indicate?
My right palatoglossal arch is swollen and hurts to swallow. But my uvula is fine, no swell. Tonsils also no swelling. Is this just viral? Been told it relates to lyme disease, altho i don't think so in my case. Freaking me out. Btw i have NO fever, no headaches.feel fine except when i swallow
Hello, This could be because of the viral infection and there could besmall ulcers on the palatoglossal arch and so the swelling. You need to do gargles regularly, and take an antibiotic and multivitamins. The viral will go on its own in 5-6 days but to prevent bacterial infection and to bring some relief you need to take medicines. In doubt do reply.
