What Does Swelling On The Right Side Of The Face Indicate?

The right side of my face is significantly swollen compared to the left side. I had two root canals on the upper right side several years ago. One of these had to be redone because the chlorine solution used to clean out the root went up through the top of the root. My face was very swollen and bruised. Both root canals had to be further treated with cutting off the tops of the roots. The first tooth had to be pulled recently and was replaced with an implant.I am wondering if there is still an infection in the teeth or possibly the sinuses and if this is what is causing my right cheek to be swollen.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be due to root canal process. So, take cefoperazone and salbectum.

Take diclofenac and paracetamol combination. Consult your physician for prescription.
