What Does Swollen Rib And Hip After An Injury Indicate?

I fell off my dirt bike last week and hit my right rib and hip. It has been healing fairly well just bruised mostly but yesterday it turned swollen with a fluid like pocket on my upper hip area. it is a fluid pocket about 3 by 5 inches and is soft and moves like liquid when I push on it. I wanted to know if that is somewhat normal or if I should go to the doctor and get it drained.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be collection of blood and no need to drain this because this would be resolved on its own, but care need to be taken for infection and for that antibiotic can be taken precautionally else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
